This drink is 100ml in volume to celebrate his centenary birthday and is designed to reflect Sir Tom; bourbon whisky (strength), Triple Sec (sweetness) freshly squeezed lemon juice (straight up) and a few secret ingredients (unique). Happy birthday Tom, you are a true gent!
