The Mai Tai started as a rum cocktail so popular it supposedly depleted world rum
supplies in the late 1940’s. It’s a simple drink created to showcase the stimulating flavour of a 17-year-old J Spiced Rum. Luckily we’re stocked up!
This cocktail is a true original and excellent example of a classic Tiki Cocktail. We will shake fresh pineapple, white and dark Bacardi Rum, lime juice and almond syrup.
The almond carries through this drink releasing a marzipan-tropical flavour, bouncing off the sweet notes of the dark rum.
